In februarie ne-am propus sa ne indulcim in cadrul unei Degustari de Prajituri Marocane cu totul speciale in data de 14 Februarie, ora 19.00, Swiss House Lounge - Bv. Parvan (vis-a-vis de Univ. Politehnica) ! &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Invitata noastra Nawal, venita tocmai din Casablanca - Maroc, ne prezinta 5 sortimente de prajituri marocane bine asortate si proportionate:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;   1. Chebakia: unul din cel mai cunoscut fursec din Maroc, pe care il vom servit cu ceai marocan este o combinatie spectaculoasa de migdale, susan si miere.&lt;br /&gt;   2. Baclava Marocana: se deosebeste de cea turceasca atat ca gust cat si ca aspect si consistenta.&lt;br /&gt;   3. Macarons Marocane: specialitati din migdale si albus de ou&lt;br /&gt;   4. Fursecuri cu Migdale si Ciocolata&lt;br /&gt;   5. Fekkas&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Dupa acest "preludiu" dulce, racorit cu ceai marocan (specialitate de ceai  verde cu menta), Nawal ne prezinta alte prajituri divine pe care le prepara in laboratorul ei Casablancacakes:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;   1. Delice cu menta&lt;br /&gt;   2. Opera&lt;br /&gt;   3. Royal Chocolat&lt;br /&gt;   4. Cheesecake cu piersici&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Prajiturile sunt bine echilibrate ca si cantitate degustata, astfel incat nu trebuie sa va ingrijorati ca e prea mult! Iar daca va preocupa kaloriile.. scoala de dans  Magnum VRD ne invita la o calatorie in jurul lumii in pasi de dans: Tango, Salsa, Jaive, Samba - cu demonstratie pentru incepatori (ca mine! :).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Unul dintre norocosii participanti, prin tragere la sorti, va avea ocazia sa descopere in de-aproape prajiturile lui Nawal!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Sub pretext dulce, ii asteptam pe toti cei care isi doresc o seara iesita din comun, in care sarbatorim ca suntem indragostit de viata, de bunatati, de prieteni, de un el sau de o ea :) &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;PS. &lt;br /&gt; O reteta verificata de briose, nici nu mai stiu a cata reteta e, ca am tot incercat pana acum, aceasta o sa va reuseasca din prima, chiar si celor ce nu se pricep.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;  Ingrediente:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;   - 250 gr faina&lt;br /&gt;   - 200 gr unt&lt;br /&gt;   - 150 gr zahar &lt;br /&gt;   - 4 oua&lt;br /&gt;   - 175 ml lapte caldut&lt;br /&gt;   - 1 praf copt&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;  Mod de preparare:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;  Se amesteca intr-un bol faina cu praful de copt, separat se bat cele 4 oua cu zaharul si sea dauga imediat untul topit si se aadauga laptele.&lt;br /&gt;  Se toarna conmpozitia lichida peste faina si se mixeaza.&lt;br /&gt;  Amestecul se toarna in formele pentru briose, va recomand sa folositi hartiutele speciale pentru copt briose, veti puncta la design-ul brioselor ;) &lt;br /&gt;  Tava se da la cuptorul incalzit in prealabil la 180 grade celsius vre-o 25 minute.&lt;br /&gt;  Dupa ce sunt gata va puteti juca cu diverse tipuri de glazura, de lamaie, de ciocolata, presarati peste, nuca de cocos, migdale rase.  Cum amandoi suntem bucatari ne-am hotarat sa ne punem la bataie cunostiintele culinare, asa ca in preajma sarbatorilor dorim sa gatim si sa oferim cate ceva oamenilor nevoiasi din Timisoara.&lt;br /&gt;  De maine incepem sa strangem materia prima, faina, zahar  ulei, etc.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;  Dorim sa facem o bucurie cat mai multor oameni nevoiasi din Timisoara, asadar apelam la voi, va rugam sa donati ca doriti, un kilogram de faina, un kilogram de zahar, un litru de ulei si veti aduce o contributie importanta la aceasta actiune caritabila.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt; Va propun sa incercati o noua reteta, de data aceasta o rulada aperitiv cu cartofi si carnati de casa.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt; Ingrediente:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt; - 500 grame cartofi&lt;br /&gt; - 3 oua&lt;br /&gt; - 150 grame faina&lt;br /&gt; - 200 grame carnati uscati de casa&lt;br /&gt; - chimen&lt;br /&gt; - sare&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt; Mod de preparare:&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt; Cartofii se fierb in coaja in apa cu sare, se scot si se lasa la racit, se curata de coaja, dupa care se zdrobesc fin, ca pentru piure, se amesteaca cu cu 2 oua si un albus si cu faina din care trebuie sa rezulte un aluat omogen.&lt;br /&gt; Aluatul rezultat se intinde in forma de dreptunghi pe un prosop curat presarat cu faina.&lt;br /&gt; Se aseaza carnatii taiati felii subtiri si se presara peste ei patrunjel proaspat tocat.&lt;br /&gt; Asa ca am tot cautat si pana la urma am reusit sa gasesc chiar in Timisoara pietde deosebite pentru ascutit cutitele si acestea nu sunt oric e pietre ci pietrele belgiene albastre.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;  Chiar daca nu il stiam pe &lt;a href="http://csorescu.wordpress.com/for-sale/"&gt;Catalin Sorescu&lt;/a&gt;, am avut incredere si mi-a procurat direct de la sursa o piarta belgiana albastra careia ii simteam lipsa.&lt;br /&gt;  Nici nu va mai zic de pret, care este foarte mic, pentru o investitie pe termen lung.  Salutare,&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt; Astazi am facut Gazpacho, o supa cruda din regiunile Spaniei, o supa bogata in vitamine deoarece nu se foloseste focul in cadrul prepararii ei. &lt;br /&gt; Gazpacho se serveste rece, perfecta in zilele calduroase de vara.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt; Cantitatile ce urmeaza sunt pentru 3 portii.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt; Ingrediente:&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt; - 500 grame rosii&lt;br /&gt; - 3 ardei grasi galbeni&lt;br /&gt; - jumatate ardei gras rosu&lt;br /&gt; - 4 felii paine mai veche ( ce a stat de pe o zi pe alta)&lt;br /&gt; - 1 castravete mediu (approx 100 grame)&lt;br /&gt; - 1 ceapa medie&lt;br /&gt; - 3-4 catei usturoi&lt;br /&gt; - 1 lingurita chimen&lt;br /&gt; - ulei masline &lt;br /&gt; - sare &lt;br /&gt; - 2 linguri otet alb de mere&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt; Mod de preparare:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt; Rosiile, castravetele, ardeiul, ceapa, usturoiul taiate marunt se introduc in blender impreuna cu sarea, uleiul de masline, chimeniul si otetul, se mixeaza in blender rapid, obtinand un amestec grosier nu foarte pasat.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;   Blat: - 5 oua&lt;br /&gt;         - 15 linguri zahar&lt;br /&gt;         - 15 linguri faiana&lt;br /&gt;         - 1 praf copt&lt;br /&gt;         - 15 linguri ulei&lt;br /&gt;         - coaja de lamaie rasa&lt;br /&gt;         &lt;br /&gt;   Glazura: - 200 grame unt&lt;br /&gt;            - 200 grame zahar&lt;br /&gt;            - 1 cana lapte fierbinte&lt;br /&gt;            - cacao 3 linguri mari&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;   Mod de preparare: &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;   Galbenusurile se amesteca bine cu zaharul, se adauga uleiul si apoi praful de copt stins cu putin otet, faina si coaja de lamaie rasa. Albusul se bate spuma si se amesteca cu 2 linguri zahar.&lt;br /&gt;   Compozitia se da la copt aproximativ 40 minute la 180 grade celsius.&lt;br /&gt;   Dupa ce s-a racit blatul se taie in cubulete. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;   Pentru glazura se topeste untul impreuna cu zaharul si se adauga laptele si cele 3 linguri de cacao.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;   Cuburile se scufunda prin glazura realizata si se dau prin nuca de cocos rasa.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt; Ingrediente: (pentru 2 portii)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt; - 1 piept de pui&lt;br /&gt; - susan&lt;br /&gt; - sare&lt;br /&gt; - piper&lt;br /&gt; - miere&lt;br /&gt; - sos de soia&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt; Mod de preparare:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt; Puiul se taie fasii de de 1 cm si lungime de 5-6 cm.&lt;br /&gt; Acestea se sareaza se pipereaza dupa care se adauga susanul crud peste ele si se amesteca bine.&lt;br /&gt; In tigaie se pun 2-3 linguri ulei de floarea soarelui si se adauga puiul, se tine pana se rumenesc pe toate partile, cand s-a rumenit puiul se adauga 2-3 linguri sos de soia (atentie cat puneti pentru ca e sarat, punet ipentr uinceput 2 linguri si daca mai e necesar mai adaugati dupa aceea).&lt;br /&gt; Drojdia cu zaharul se omogenizeaza cu approx 200 ml apa calduta impruna cu 100 grame faina din care se formeaza maiaua ce se pune la dospit aproximativ jumatate de ora la loc cald pana creste.&lt;br /&gt; Pe masa se pun 200 grame faina peste care se adauga maiaua si uleiul si se omogenizeaza amestecul bine. Se adauga albusurile batute spuma impreuna cu o lingura de zahar. Un produs de post, foarte sanatos, cu aport nutritiv de calitate ridicat.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ingrediente:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- soia boabe 2 cescute de cafea&lt;br /&gt;- 1 ardei gras&lt;br /&gt;- 1 ceapa medie&lt;br /&gt;- 2 catei usturoi&lt;br /&gt;- 50 ml ulei masline&lt;br /&gt;- apa calduta&lt;br /&gt;- sare&lt;br /&gt;- piper&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Mod de preparare:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Soia boabe se pune la inmuiat 15 ore in apa, puneti apa din belsug deoarece soia boabe absoarbe un volum mare de apa, de aproximativ 3 ori cat volumul bobului. Dupa ce s-a inmuiat se da la fiert apa in care se introduc boabele de soia inmuiate in prealabil, se tine la fiert putin cel mult 10 minute. Se framanta aluatul si se pune la dospit 1 ora.&lt;br /&gt;  Dupa care se intind 2 foi subtiri peste una din ele se imprastie maslinele tocate marunt in prealabil si branza rasa.
